Here at Schuh we want to make sure that everyone can access our amazing range of shoes, that’s why when we developed this brand new site we made every attempt to ensure that it met current accessibility guidelines.
Now we are not going to bore you with endless amounts of technical jargon about what we’ve done to ensure everyone is able to use the new Schuh website, but instead just note a few key accessibility features we have on the site
Text can be resized
The text on the Schuh website can be resized if you wish. Follow these steps to change the text size depending on your browser;
- Internet Explorer: View > Text Size
- FireFox: View > Text Size
- Opera: Tools > Preferences > Fonts > Minimum Font Size
- Safari: Safari icon> Preferences > Appearance > Standard Font

On all pages of our site there are skip to content links that let people using assistive technologies to skip the navigation and get right to the good stuff.
Print friendly pages
All of our product pages have print friendly alternatives just click the print page link at the top of the page.
No nasty tables
We have tried to avoid using tables in our main design so if you are using assistive technologies you should be able to access our content easily. There are a couple of necessary table in the site but we have designed these with accessibility in mind so shouldn’t cause any problems.
